Terms and Conditions

Our Guarantee:

All of our B&B and container grown trees, evergreens, shrubs, vines and perennials are guaranteed one year from date of purchase. 

Payment Options:

We accept cash, check, Visa & Mastercard.

Restocking Fee:

There is a 10% restocking fee charged on handling returns after 14 days of sale.  Reuvers' Nursery will determine if the plants are in acceptable condition. 

Sales Tax:

We are obligated to collect state sales tax unless supplied with an exemption certificate.

Returned Checks:

A $30 fee will be assessed on returned checks.
